• Various parking can be found within the vicinity of the building, we recommend allowing time to find a park prior to your appointment.

• Please thoroughly read and abide by your Appointment Preparation Guide.

• Please arrive on time, late arrivals may result in your appointment being rescheduled.

• Please take time to read and understand our Cancellation Policy.

• Speak to your pharmacist or GP regarding numbing cream. Cosmetic tattoo artists are not legally authorised to supply stock or administer topical anaesthetics. You are solely responsible for obtaining a prescription and applying any numbing cream prior to or during your appointment. As comfort levels vary from client to client we do recommend exploring whether this could be an option for you, we are more than happy for you to utilise numbing cream during your appointment.

• Speak to your Pharmacist or GP regarding antiviral medication for cold sores if you have a history of the Herpes Simplex Virus and have booked a lip blush treatment.

• Please let us know if anything has changed - new medications, illness, pregnancy/breastfeeding, skin irritation, procedures or other lifestyle changes since booking should be disclosed before treatment

• Bring your inspiration! Reference photos or makeup products you love are fantastic, they help us visually understand your desired healed result.
