Referral Program Terms & Conditions

Refer a friend. Be rewarded.

When you refer a new client to BARE. ATELIER, you’ll receive a complimentary touch up appointment, and your friend will receive 10% off their first treatment.

1. Referral Reward

The referring client will receive one complimentary touch up appointment when their referral completes their first eligible treatment at BARE. ATELIER.

The referred friend must complete their initial treatment appointment within the referring client’s 6-8 week healing period.

The complimentary touch up is applied as a credit to the referring client’s BARE. ATELIER account once the referred client has completed and paid for their initial treatment.

The touch up credit is intended for the referring client only and cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, sold or redeemed by another person.

The complimentary touch up must be redeemed within the applicable timeframe communicated by BARE. ATELIER and is subject to appointment availability.

2. New Client Referral Discount

The referred friend will receive 10% off the remaining treatment cost of their first eligible appointment.

The 10% discount applies to the treatment balance only and does not apply to the booking deposit.

The referral discount must be claimed at the time of the referred friend’s initial appointment and cannot be applied retrospectively.

The referred friend must present the original physical BARE. ATELIER referral card at their appointment to redeem the discount.

A photograph, screenshot, photocopy or verbal reference to the referral card will not be accepted in place of the physical card.

3. Eligibility

The referred client must be a new client to BARE. ATELIER and must not have previously received a treatment at BARE. ATELIER.

The referral offer is valid only where the referred client presents a valid physical referral card and the referral can be verified by BARE. ATELIER.

Each physical referral card may be redeemed once only.

Referrals cannot be made to oneself or to an existing BARE. ATELIER client.

4. Redemption Process

At the referred client’s initial appointment:

● The referred client must provide their physical referral card to the artist.

● The artist will apply 10% off the remaining treatment balance, excluding the booking deposit.

● Once the referred client has completed their treatment and payment has been processed, the artist will apply one complimentary touch up credit to the referring client’s BARE. ATELIER account.

5. General Conditions

Referral cards remain the property of BARE. ATELIER and may be cancelled or withdrawn at any time.

BARE. ATELIER reserves the right to refuse a referral discount or touch up credit where the referral card is invalid, has already been redeemed, cannot be verified, or where BARE. ATELIER reasonably believes the referral has not been made in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

Referral rewards cannot be redeemed for cash or used towards other treatments, products, deposits or services unless otherwise agreed by BARE. ATELIER.

Referral rewards are subject to appointment availability and BARE. ATELIER’s usual booking, cancellation and rescheduling policies.

The referral program cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers or discounts unless expressly approved by BARE. ATELIER.

BARE. ATELIER reserves the right to amend, suspend or discontinue the referral program or these Terms & Conditions at any time.

By participating in the BARE. ATELIER Referral Program, both the referring client and referred client acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

BARE. ATELIER reserves the right to make the final determination regarding eligibility and redemption of all referral rewards.
